Conveyors
The CC Pedestal Conveyor is a conveyor designed specially for the Plastics Industry. It is free standing and mobile and can be made into many configurations to suit injection moulding machines. It can be adapted to be horizontal, angled or inclined and all of these positions can be vertically adjusted by means of a simple threaded spindle. Because of its free standing design it can be positioned horizontally inside of the drop out chute and then inclined to a receiving bin etc

Masterbatch Feeders
Yann Bang Masterbatch Feeders are designed to automatically add masterbatch to resin to save preprocessing mixing and avoid overruns of mixed resin and inaccurate mixing. They are easily cleaned and have a very userfriendly processor which only requires the weight of the moulding, percentage of masterbatch, and the screw back time to be entered and the processor does the rest. They come complete with throat and in sizes that can dose from .35 kg/Hr to 565kg/Hr.

Dual Proportional Valves

Yann Bang Die Temperature Controllers
Yann Bang Die Temperature Controllers are used to keep dies at a constant temperature allowing more accurate mouldings to be made and to mould at a quicker rate. They come in a range of sizes from 6kW to 48kW of heating, and a temperature range of up to 200°C and have either direct or indirect cooling. They come in water and oil models, they are all mounted on wheels and have manifolds with taps for ease of die connection.

GWK Die Temperature Controllers
German Company GWK are one of the worlds most famous Die temperature Controller manufacturers and are the preferred supplier of many of Europe’s most famous processing machinery manufacturers. They come in sizes from 3kW to 300 kW of heating and a temperature range of up to 350°C.
GWK models are very sophisticated yet very user friendly, the controllers can be interfaced using any of the current interfaces with the processing machines controller.
